These Blended Malt Scotch Whiskies are defined by ‘area’.  Lombard has put together a Blend of Single Malts that define what is considered to be the characteristics best shown in the malts from the named area.  Driftwood is the archetypal Highland Malt (Gold Medal winner) and Tidal Ebb is the archetypal Islay Malt.  The Distillation Malts only have Single Malt Scotch Whisky within – albeit from more than one distillery.
