Blended Malt Scotch Whisky - Lombard

The Scotch Whisky Association define as follows:
Blended Malt Scotch Whisky: a blend of Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, which have been distilled at more than one distillery.

Important wording to note is ‘blend of Single Malt Scotch Whiskies’ – there is nothing else that constitutes a Blended Malt – it is ONLY Single Malt Scotch Whiskies put together (ie, blended) from more than one distillery. 

The Scotch Whisky Association define Single Malt Scotch Whisky as follows: A Scotch Whisky distilled at a single distillery, from water and malted barley without the addition of any other cereals, and by batch distillation in pot stills.
